Taichung Dazhi Elementary School|Robotics Classroom 2.0
One of Dazhi Elementary School’s signature programs is its robotics curriculum, which requires a large quantity of component storage and a clear spatial division between the teaching zone and the training area for competition teams.
The design team replaced the previously mismatched, multi-colored furniture with a unified set of wooden desks paired with white chairs, creating a cleaner and more coherent learning environment. A whiteboard and large projection screen were added at the front of the classroom to support instruction, while a central storage block clearly separates the teaching area from the training zone. At the back of the classroom, a pegboard wall enables efficient categorization of tools and materials. A glass display case was installed to showcase students’ work, visually extending the connection between the interior space and the corridor outside.
